Hi, My name is Zara, I have over Ten years of experience in Fitness, and training people from all walks of life, and all ages, and abilities. My approach is in training the whole self – body, mind, and soul.

My blend of Fitness, Pilates, Mindfullness training provides a comprehensive approach to wellness, combining the physical benefits of Pilates with the mental clarity and emotional balance of mindful movement practices.
